Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

Cancellation will depend on the progress of the order as well as the category of service. Quick Verification cannot be cancelled. Complete Verification can be cancelled before the Verification Kit has been sent.

Refund

Refund will be dependent on service. Under the circumstances of inaccurate verification report: Quick Verification cannot be refunded due the liability of the product being swapped and Complete Verification can be refunded as long as the FAKEBUSTERS seal has not been broken.
